About Fees
If you are comparing quotes, we encourage you to look at more than just the fee. Appraisers vary in experience, expertise, and the depth of analysis provided, so differences in price may reflect differences in scope, complexity, or turnaround demands.
Client & Intended User
The client and intended user must be identified before an appraisal assignment can be accepted. If a lender has not yet been identified, a draft report may be provided for the purpose of identifying a suitable lender. The lender type must be identified at the time of order. The lender name must be identified before a final report can be released for lending purposes.
